Leading national law firm Lander & Rogers is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Reid as a Finance Partner commencing Monday 11 May 2026.
Simon joins from another national law firm and has over 20 years’ experience in debt finance, bringing deep experience in advising private equity sponsors, corporates and private credit funds on high value complex financing transactions across all sectors including corporate and acquisitions, real estate, construction and private credit.
Simon will increase the breadth and depth of experience of the firm’s Finance team and will work closely with the firm’s M&A and Real Estate teams, further strengthening Lander & Rogers’ ability to support clients on sophisticated transactions.
David Morris, Partner and Practice Group Leader of Corporate at Lander & Rogers, said Simon’s appointment represents a significant addition to the firm’s finance capability.
