Karen is one of Ablethorpe Recruitment’s Office and Candidate Managers, assisting with all aspects of the day-to-day business operations of Ablethorpe Recruitment as well as assisting lawyers in their job search both domestically and internationally.
Karen works with Stuart Ablethorpe, assisting with day to day tasks as well as the wider team in supporting them to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for our clients and candidates.
Karen assists our candidates by coordinating interviews, arranging for interview preparation and training, as well as conducting references and assisting in the management and negotiation of offers.
Karen has over 20 years experience within agency and in-house recruitment environments.
She has worked as an administrator, candidate manager, personal assistant, office manager, supervisor, recruiter and recruitment reporting analyst.
Karen completed her Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resources at Monash University in 1998.
