Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has appointed JK Muckersie as a partner in its Complex Litigation practice in Melbourne, strengthening the firm’s litigation capability in Australia. The move reinforces Ashurst Perkins Coie’s commitment to Melbourne, a market of growing importance for complex litigation, regulatory investigations and class actions.
JK is a seasoned litigator who advises clients on commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and enforcement action. Her practice spans major contractual disputes, corporations matters, property and leasing disputes, and financial services regulatory investigations. JK joins Ashurst Perkins Coie from Clayton Utz.
