Our client, Proclaim Management, is looking for new Claims Managers to join their team. Proclaim is an independent specialist claim manager that provides outsourced claims management services across all areas of general insurance, primarily to London-based insurers, Lloyds of London syndicates etc.
The roles would suit junior lawyers at c1-3+ years of experience looking for roles where they can build on their current skills and experience in an in-house environment. Previous experience within general insurance would be ideal. Ideally, candidates will have some exposure to either personal injury, property damage/loss, or construction, although none are essential, with quality dispute resolution experience being the overriding skill set we are seeking for this multi-faceted role. All the team members are legally qualified, and this is a prerequisite for these roles. The salary banding will be up to $90K plus super pending experience.
Senior Applicants (3/4+ PQE) may be considered as well for Senior Claim Manager positions which traditionally pay up to $120K inclusive of superannuation, although the junior roles ($100K inclusive) are the priority at present for Proclaim.
