Leading national law firm Mills Oakley is delighted to announce the appointment of three outstanding women, growing the partnership to 169.
The lateral hires include:
- Tamara Heng joins the Perth Property team from Lavan. Tamara brings a wealth of experience in a wide range of property and general commercial transactions. Her practice has a focus on development of, and investment in, real estate and complex structured transactions. She has a depth of knowledge in all classes of real estate. Tamara specialises in the acquisition and disposal of property assets, due diligence, subdivisions, development, development agreements, joint ventures and complex leasing. She is recognised for her experience in complex and strategic projects for leading property developers and government clients.
- Jennie-Lee Schloffer has over 14 years’ experience as a commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency lawyer. Her practice is broad, and she has extensive experience managing litigation across both federal and state (Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales) jurisdictions. Adept at project managing large-scale litigation, Jennie-Lee also enjoys working on matters which are more personal to her clients. She joins the Brisbane office after working at Allens and McCullough Robertson.
- Tina Tomaszewski recently joined the Government, Civil Litigation and Disputes team in Adelaide after more than 25 years at South Australia’s Crown Solicitor’s Office. Tina continues to act for and represent the State of South Australia as well as the Solicitor for the Northern Territory. She is highly experienced in civil litigation, specialising in medical malpractice, coronial inquests, defamation and general civil litigation. Her background includes industrial and workers compensation litigation as well as third party asbestos recovery actions. Tina has expertise in large complex litigations, Royal Commission Inquiries and Coronial Inquests with whole of government implications. She recently acted as junior Counsel in the landmark Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Coronial Inquest in the Northern Territory.
