Keypoint Law is proud to announce the appointment of Joanne C Grant as a Consulting Principal, bolstering the firm’s expertise in the Charities & Not-for-Profit, Property, Commercial and Education sectors.
Joanne’s specialist knowledge spans numerous clients including Catholic Church entities, religious orders, Anglican and other denominational bodies, education organisations across the full education lifecycle, aged care facilities, hospitals, and a variety of charities and not-for-profit organisations both domestic and international.
Before joining Keypoint Law, Joanne held senior roles as Partner at Holman Webb, General Counsel for Sydney Catholic Schools – responsible for legal oversight of 147 Catholic primary and secondary schools across the Archdiocese of Sydney – and Partner at Makinson d’Apice Lawyers where she worked for nearly 13 years.
Joanne’s appointment reflects Keypoint Law’s ongoing commitment to broadening its service offerings and supporting the complex needs of clients in the not-for-profit sector.
