National law firm Holding Redlich is pleased to announce the promotion of senior lawyers Alana Giles, Jessica Tsiakis and Guy Munasinghe to the firm’s partnership. With their deep sector knowledge, the new partners in Melbourne and Brisbane further strengthen the firm’s expertise in Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Property, Planning & Development.
Alana Giles, who began her legal career as an articled clerk with Holding Redlich, is promoted to partner in the Melbourne-based Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. Alana specialises in retail leasing and property disputes, corporate crime, regulatory investigations, and complex commercial disputes. Her clients include some of Australia’s largest retail and commercial landlords, shopping centre managers, and tenants.
Jessica Tsiakis is also promoted to partner in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Melbourne. With extensive experience from both private practice and international work in London, Jessica acts for large corporations in multi-party commercial disputes and represents smaller companies, businesses, and individuals. She was recognised as a Rising Star by Doyle’s Guide in 2023 for her achievements in Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, and Dispute Resolution. Jessica’s practice spans ASIC investigations and prosecutions, white-collar crime, and insurance coverage advice and litigation.
Guy Munasinghe, joining the partnership from the firm’s Property, Planning & Development team in Brisbane, brings more than 14 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and retail leasing across multiple jurisdictions. Guy advises clients on national property portfolios, and offers counsel on complex leasing issues for shopping centre owners, state and local governments, asset management firms, and investment funds.
