As Associate Director – Executive Search and Selection, Niky leads the Research, Talent Intelligence and Process Outsourcing functions. She also manages our specialist Property division nationally.

Practice Specialisation

Niky has partnered with many large and boutique organisations providing insight and advice relating to candidate identification and attraction strategies as well as general recruitment. As an experienced advisor she has contributed significantly to national sourcing campaigns, demonstrating ability across a variety of corporate functions as well as operational based roles. With expertise in providing talent solutions for technical specialist and senior management roles, Niky has cultivated strong working relationships and is genuinely committed to uncovering exceptional talent through a variety of research, consulting and recruitment services.
