As a Senior Recruitment Consultant Jock manages Ablethorpe’s Sydney operations, assisting candidates at all levels and at all stages of the legal recruitment process in the NSW market.
Practice Specialisation
Jock’s clients include a range of law firms from large internationals through too boutiques, as well as corporate entities and statutory bodies. He also works closely with our international affiliates regarding lawyers seeking to relocate to or from overseas locations.
Professional Experience
Jock graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) from Monash University. He was admitted to practice in 1999 after completing his articles at boutique criminal law firm, Hale & Wakeling. He continued to practice as an advocate before establishing a successful FMCG business which he ran for a number of years. Since joining Ablethorpe, Jock has successfully assisted in a range of consulting and recruitment assignments across a broad spectrum of legal roles both in-house and in private practice.
