Antonia is Ablethorpe Recruitment’ Associate Director – Legal Services, Consulting and Recruitment and has worked in legal recruitment with Stuart Ablethorpe since 2004. She has over fifteen years experience focussing exclusively on the recruitment of legal professionals across Australia and also internationally.

Practice Specialisation

Antonia’ clients include large international as well as boutique law firms, major financial institutions, public companies and professional associations.

In addition, she has worked with state government departments, government-owned corporations, statutory bodies and run large recruitment projects for federal government agencies. As well as undertaking local legal consulting and recruitment, Antonia specialises in assisting Australian lawyers relocate within Australia, and internationally. She also assists foreign lawyers seeking opportunities in Australia.

Professional Experience

Antonia graduated with a Bachelor of Law (with Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide in 1999. She then completed her articles at Fisher Jeffries in Adelaide and undertook an Associateship with Justice Mullighan of the Supreme Court of South Australia. After relocating interstate and practising as a commercial litigation solicitor in a leading Australian firm, she moved into legal recruitment and over the past 15 years has established an impressive legal network across Australia and internationally.
