Matilda works alongside our candidates throughout their experience with Ablethorpe Recruitment. Matilda focuses on the individual skills, attributes and experiences of each lawyer, with the aim of matching our candidates with roles that are in alignment with their long-term ambitions and career objectives. Matilda is passionate about placing each candidate in their perfect role. She assists in the communication and coordination of both client and candidates, as well as assisting with interview preparation, management of offers, and conducting references.
