Sydney—Dentons has been awarded the Bronze Employer Award at the Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) Awards 2017, held on 19 May 2017 at Dolton House in Sydney. The award places Dentons in the top 50 large Australian employers for workplace inclusion.
The AWEI is the definitive national benchmark for LGBTI inclusion in the workplace driving best practice across all sectors. Awardees were required to provide extensive evidence of their diversity and inclusion initiatives with submissions assessed against strict criteria.
