Andrew Corkhill also joins the commercial team as a Special Counsel, working across mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate advisory, and energy and resources.
Andrew previously worked with Cooper Grace Ward, before moving to Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Brisbane, and then London where he worked as a Senior Counsel with Eni, one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies. Andrew brings extensive experience to the team, having advised on large-scale mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and energy and resources matters both domestically and abroad.
